Building a relationship of trust
During this first meeting, we simply discuss your event and your expectations. The aim is to establish a relationship of trust and how my services can help make your event special. We'll then meet (in person or by videoconference) to discuss your project in more detail.
Personalised appointment
We'll discuss all your questions. I'll share my experience and advice with you to optimise the organisation of your event. We draw up a clear quote, based on the services you require, and I take the time to explain each element of the price so that it can be justified.
This meeting is essential if you are to feel at ease and to lay the foundations for a successful service.
An in-depth meeting 1 month before the event
This second meeting, scheduled about a month before the event, is an opportunity to finalise the details and answer any questions you may have. We'll simulate the big day: presentation of music, transitions, transition from meal to cake, speeches, technical details (venue, installation) and choice of entertainment and musical styles according to your preferences.
Everything is ready for your exceptional event
I'll arrive early enough to set up and test all the equipment (sound, lighting, etc.), and from the outset I'll make sure that the atmosphere builds to a crescendo and remains appropriate to your event.
A memorable evening for you and your guests. At the end of the event, I gather your impressions to make sure you're satisfied. Your opinion is invaluable and helps me to improve my services. Together, we'll have created some unforgettable memories!
